N2 gas is generated on-site by feeding clean, dry compressed air into a nitrogen generator. In Membrane systems, hollow-fiber membranes allow oxygen to escape, enriching the nitrogen stream. In PSA systems, molecular sieve beds adsorb oxygen under pressure and regenerate automatically, delivering a continuous supply of high-purity nitrogen gas without the need for cylinder deliveries.
